A few useful answers about references, updates, and privacy.
Which reference should I use?
Use the private JAHEZ reference shared by our team. Carrier tracking numbers, invoices, and bills of lading are separate identifiers.
Are these updates a live location?
No. Tracking shows published milestones. Our illustrations are decorative and do not show a vessel, vehicle, or parcel location.
Why might an arrival date be unknown?
An arrival estimate appears only when it has been confirmed for your shipment. An unknown date is not a delivery promise.
What happens when carrier information is old?
The interface identifies the last successful sync and any newer manual updates. Missing carrier updates alone do not mean your shipment is delayed.
Can anyone see my documents or personal details?
Public tracking is limited to approved shipment information. Names, addresses, phone numbers, prices, and shipment documents are not included.
